Parents Observation Day
Today Hinode Gakuen opened the doors for the parents to come and watch.
It was the first chance of the year for parents to watch their children`s classes.
They could see the interesting and important things the students are learning and to watch their children`s progress.
So many parents came. It was busy, but everyone enjoyed very much.
It was very exciting for Grade 1 students. They showed their parents their new school life.
Great job Grade 1 students. You sit very straight in your desks.
Good job writing your parent contact book.
We stand up straight to start English classes. Say good morning to the teacher!
Today students studied the alphabet and started phonics, and started writing.
Of course they also learned how to write Japanese beautifully.
The parents helped to make a fun craft project.
It looks so cool and cute.
In Grade 2 students learned how to do big sums in Mathematics.
The Grade 3 students gave presentations,
learned difficult kanji,
and had a quiz about how to read a map.
And here the upper grade students are learning about the map of Japan.
It`s fun to go home with parents!
But we don`t forget to say goodbye to our friends.
Thank you for all your hard work today.
You did a great job!
See you on Monday.
